The eyelash lifting powder should be mixed in a 1:5 ratio. 1 part powder to 5 parts cream. The resulting mixture replaces both the glue and shaping cream. If the mixture is too lumpy or too thick, add a little more Step 1 or Step 2 cream to improve the viscosity. Achieving the right consistency is a key factor for the successful use of this product.
